These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Miraify services available through https://miraify.com.
By registering an account, accepting these Terms & Conditions, or using the service, users acknowledge that they have read and understood the applicable terms.
1. Definitions and Scope
In these Terms & Conditions:
Miraify refers to the web-based service for document processing, information extraction, analysis, and comparison using OCR and artificial intelligence technologies.
User refers to an individual or entity accessing the service through a valid account.
Documents refer to files, information, and materials uploaded for processing through the service.
Analysis Results refer to information, summaries, comparisons, reports, recommendations, or other outputs generated by the system.
Credits refer to units of service usage used to pay for certain operations according to the conditions displayed within the application.
2. Service Identity and Information

Miraify provides tools to assist with document analysis. The service is not a certification authority, law firm, independent auditor, financial institution, or government authority.
3. Account Registration and Security
Users must provide accurate registration information and protect the confidentiality of their account credentials.
Users are responsible for activities conducted through their accounts, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Users must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. When using Miraify on behalf of a company or organization, users represent that they have the authority to act on behalf of that entity.
Users must promptly contact Miraify if they become aware of unauthorized account access or misuse.
Miraify may request additional verification when necessary for account security, transaction processing, or legal compliance.
4. Service Features and Limitations
Miraify allows users to select available analysis types, upload documents according to specified requirements, and receive AI-assisted processing results.
The capabilities of each analysis may vary according to its template, configuration, number of documents, file format, and the capabilities of the technologies used.
Miraify does not guarantee that:
- Every document format and quality level can be processed perfectly.
- All text, tables, signatures, or information within a document will be recognized accurately.
- Every analysis will produce a complete or error-free answer.
- Repeated processing will always produce identical results.
- The service will operate without interruption under all circumstances.
Available features, usage limitations, and configurations may change as the service develops.
5. Document Ownership and User Responsibilities
Users retain the rights they lawfully hold in documents uploaded to Miraify.
By uploading documents, users grant Miraify and relevant processing providers limited authorization to access, technically copy, transmit, extract, analyze, store, and process the information as necessary to provide the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Users represent that they possess the rights, permissions, authorization, or lawful basis necessary to submit documents, including documents containing information belonging to third parties.
Users are responsible for the completeness, accuracy, legality, and suitability of their documents for the intended purpose.
Miraify is not obligated to verify the authenticity of every document or the legal relationship between users and third parties whose information appears in those documents.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use Miraify to:
- Upload documents obtained or used unlawfully.
- Process another person's personal data without a lawful basis.
- Commit fraud, forgery, identity impersonation, or violations of third-party rights.
- Distribute malicious software or attempt to exploit application security vulnerabilities.
- Access another user's account, documents, or data without authorization.
- Disrupt infrastructure, evade usage restrictions, or misuse the credit system.
- Use analysis results for activities that violate applicable laws and regulations.
Miraify may restrict access or take proportionate action when indications of misuse are identified, subject to users' rights and applicable law.
7. Credits and Service Fees
Some or all Miraify analysis functions may require credits.
The number of credits required may depend on the analysis type, use-case configuration, or usage conditions displayed within the application.
Users are responsible for reviewing document requirements, credit costs, and transaction information before starting an analysis.
The system may reserve or deduct credits during analysis processing. Credit status is adjusted according to the processing outcome and the applicable application rules.
Package prices, credit quantities, usage conditions, and any expiration periods are governed by the information displayed at the time of purchase.
Miraify may update prices for future transactions. Such changes do not automatically modify transactions that have already been completed.

8. Payments, Failed Analyses, and Refunds
Credit purchases and service payments follow the payment methods available within the application.
Payment processing may require review or confirmation according to the applicable payment procedures.
If an analysis fails or the system cannot produce a usable result under its internal failure criteria, Miraify may return credits used or reserved according to the applicable system rules.
A refund of in-app credits is different from a monetary refund of a credit purchase.
An unsuccessful analysis does not necessarily mean that all transaction charges or payments are automatically refundable. Rights provided under applicable law remain unaffected.

9. Accuracy of Results and User Verification
Miraify analysis results are generated through automated systems, including OCR and artificial intelligence models.
These technologies may produce errors, misread numbers, omit information, reach inaccurate conclusions, or present information with a level of confidence that is not supported by the underlying evidence.
Users must review analysis results and verify important information against source documents before relying on them for decisions.
Miraify is not a substitute for review by qualified individuals or professional advice in legal, financial, taxation, healthcare, engineering, auditing, or other specialist fields.

10. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Data Retention
Miraify processes user documents and information in accordance with the Privacy Policy at https://miraify.com/privacy-policy.
Processing may involve third-party OCR providers, AI models, hosting services, or other supporting technologies.
Users acknowledge that documents submitted for analysis may contain confidential or personal information. Users are responsible for assessing whether submitting such information complies with the confidentiality obligations and legal restrictions applicable to them.
Automatic deletion of original uploaded documents and final analysis results is currently disabled. OCR data and raw LLM responses are subject to separate retention policies described in the Privacy Policy.
Miraify does not promise that discontinuing use of the service will automatically remove all activity history, transaction records, metadata, or backup information.
11. Intellectual Property
The Miraify name, application design, software, interface, and service materials are protected according to the rights held by their respective owners.
Using the service does not grant users ownership of Miraify's software or underlying technologies.
Rights in uploaded documents remain subject to the ownership and licensing arrangements applicable to those documents.
Users' use of analysis results remains subject to third-party rights, applicable technology-provider terms, and relevant laws and regulations.
Miraify does not guarantee that every AI-generated result is unique or qualifies for exclusive intellectual property protection.
12. Service Availability, Changes, and Maintenance
Miraify may perform maintenance, updates, security improvements, AI model adjustments, or changes to technology integrations.
Disruptions may occur due to maintenance, document quality, system capacity, internet connectivity, hosting services, or third-party provider issues.
Miraify will make reasonable efforts to address disruptions but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13. Account Restrictions, Suspension, and Closure
Miraify may restrict or suspend access to the service where there are indications of violations, credit misuse, security threats, or relevant legal obligations.
Such actions will take into account the nature of the issue and applicable legal requirements.
Users may contact info@miraify.com for account assistance or to request account closure.
Self-service account deletion is currently unavailable within the application. Account closure and data deletion requests will be reviewed with consideration for security, payment records, legal obligations, and user rights.
Account closure does not automatically cancel completed transactions or erase records that must lawfully be retained.
14. Liability, Changes to Terms, and Dispute Resolution
Users acknowledge that Miraify is an analysis-assistance tool and that AI-generated results require human review.
To the extent permitted by law, Miraify is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated results without adequate verification, where the resulting loss was not caused by Miraify's breach of its legal obligations.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to eliminate consumer rights or limit liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
In the event of a dispute, users may first contact info@miraify.com to seek a direct resolution.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to the extent applicable to the relationship between the parties.
